Andercol produces and markets ingredients for the food industry, made with the best quality standards required by our customers. Each product has different performance properties and designed to provide solutions to customer requirements.

Starting from fumaric acid we offer versions soluble in hot water (HWS) and soluble in cold water (CWS), with different particle size ranges which facilitate product homogeneity in formulations of processed foods and allow greater efficiencies in equipment and processes. Likewise, we offer Calcium Fumarate for fortification systems.

In the line of solutions for food final textures we offer Hydrocolloids systems and Carrageenan. These products are manufactured by Gelymar SA, a Chilean company world leader in the production of Carrageenan from cold water seaweed.

    We have Fumaric acid CWS (cold water soluble), used as acidulant in powdered soft drinks and beverages ready to drink. Its particle size guarantees a good mixing and solubility and prevents compaction because of its low hygroscopicity.

    We also have stabilizing systems which can be used in nectars with or without sugar, fruit drinks, and soy beverages, among others.
